Sir,

i had booked a gremikill battery kit on 19-09 and since then i have been regurally calling to coustomer care but of no avail, finally i lodged a complaint with them vide no.c102715537. but till date neither i recived the product nor any executive of the copmany has bothered to call me, seems they have no regards for thier consumers, i will b happy i product is sen as soon as possible as the purifier is lying unutilized.
