Hopeless Customer Service

My Customer ID of Purit is 1925378780. I would rate the purit water purifier service is one of the worst customer service in the world. I have ordered a germ kill battery which am supposed to be serviced by purit by two working days failing which i have made at least 20 to 30 calls on there customer service desk but every time i have been answered differently & even after speaking to the area incharge on the same, resulted useless.

This could be the one no. hopeless service i have ever come across wherein there is no role, responsibilty of any service aspect & even the area incharge has no control over it at all.
