Customer care ineffective

I have take water purifier of pure it (hindustan lever), product is under warranty, Now it needs battery/filter replacement, Since last ten days i am constantly trying to call, everytime they are giving the compliant no... request no... still no solution, now customer care will speak initially then cut the call.

Please help me
