Since the last ten days I have been lodging complaints on Pureit helpline for installation of pureit since I have been relocated and also for battery replacement. The response till now is zero. Everyday I waste atleast 30 min in getting in touch with helpline and then go through the agony of waiting for some rep to visit. Very poor service. I repent having bought pureit. My custid is 1930643442.
