Non delivery of Battery kit

I have placed order for Battery kit of Hindustan Lever water filter

(ref: S10/BLR 175303328 Dated 28.03.2010) and might have

called the service representative more than a dozen times and we only get the complaint is escalated and we will get the item in one day.

The very purpose of having water filter purchased is to avoid drinking unhealthy water and if such accessories are not made available for a price, it is hightime the Government agencies come forward to stop

the manufacturing of the product if they are not in a position to make available the requisite spares/accessories.

Hope that this being a health related item purchased at a fancy price, the Government intervenes and make available the Battery kit for Water filter.
