Battery kit

Sir,

I have been using Pureit water purifier for quite sometime and used to change the battery kit as and when required. Normally once I change the battery kit, i used to draw around 2300 litres of water (as per HUL's gurantee.

I have replaced the battery kit 2 months back by paying Rs.550/- to the HUL agent and got it fixed. To my surprise, the filtering unit is blocked and I am not getting any water. I have informed HUL rep and they yet to attend. This is first time i am experiencing this problem.

I shall be glad, if HUL advise their franchese in Nilgrist district, Tamilnadu to replace or rectify the battery unit at the earliest. Their prompt response and service will definitely improve their business.
