No action/delivery on repeated complain

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Pureit on 26 Jun9 and my customer ID is 1927689909. I have lodged complain of Battery replacement on 24 Nov through their helpline number (complain No S09/MUM2167-004903) and iwas assured that it would be delivered within 48 hours. When nothing has happened within 04 days i again lodged complain on 29 Nov 09 and thereafter i have lodged morethan 04 complain. Every time their call center people apologised and promised to deliver battery within 48 hours which has never materialised. Their system of product is as such that once battery is finished it stops function and product is useless. I am left helpless as this item is not available in open market. I feel that ihave been cheated
