Irresponsible service

I am Vinod from Ernakulam.

We bought a Pure It purifier 2 years back. Every time when we call for refill or service they are not doing it properly. On 28/12 a complaint was registered as the system is not purifying and it is time for changing the purifier battery. Complaint number - 3103031545.

Till this date no person has come or service. When called for reminding, every time they say we will send a person tomorrow. Now we are heating up the water for purifying it. After paying all the money for them and again spending Cooking gas for purifying. Better thing is that we can install a ozonizing and filtering plant here itself rather depending on such people. Please send somebody and take the machine out. Do revert the payment made for it as early as possible.
