Not attending complaint

I 'm having some problem in my fridge. A pungent smell is coming inside it and it is also making some some sounds, when it is plugged in. I've lodged a complaint on 19th september in the morning at 7:45 am to the customer care service. The person said that the engineer would attend it within 24 hours. The local person contacted me at 10 am and repeated the same. but as usual nobody comes, When i contacted the local dealer nobody was picking up the phone. For 5 times I tailked to the customer care person and at last in the evening at 7.00 the local one said that due to ID none of the engineers are available, only one is here but he has gone to Shakti nagar. Again I contacted the customer care and the person give the number of the Head of customer care Uttar Pradesh but the person already left the office and the mobile is switched off. My fridge is under Warranty period and I'm facing such troubles to get it repaired. I've not the idea that the after sales service of LG company is so bad.
