No responce after may compalints at customer care

This is complaint against Hindustan Unilever Pure-It Product. I need its germ kill kit. I have registered first call on 27th march. They said it will be delivered in two working days. Nobody came for the delivery.

So I again registered complaint. Again same thing was told. But still no one came for the delivery.

Complaint number is: S10/pun/1968-025057

Please take strict against such company
