Pure it Battery

Hi Team,

I am using Hindustan Unilever pure-it battery since last June and each and every month i need to replace battery. In spite of that my colleagues are using same purifier. But they got good performance in that. Every month I am complaining to pure-it complaints office. But next day complaint has been locked and no executive is comes for visiting complaint. Please do the needful as i am facing too much problem because of that.
