Hindustan Unilever Limited Pureit Water Purifier
Worst to worst service a company could have

For last 18days I'm trying to change the battery kit of Hindustan Unilever Pureit water purifier, 15 days back I'hv ordered through 18601801000... but nothing happened. Few days back (4-5 days) I again called at 18601801000, they took the details and given me a complain number. 2-3 days back I received a SMS "Your complain have been attended...", and I'm satisfied or not? Though nobody even called me up. I again called them, they told "within 48 hrs something will be done".. but no call yet I have received. On the other hand the purifier is not working, no drinking water in home.

So it can be said that we are just a toy for all this multinational companies. They are not here to serve themselves but to suck our money and everything by any mean or kind.
