I was put on hold for a long time when i call upon help line.. I tried several times... The executive no. is also not working.. Customer care is not at all working properly. How long will the customer wait and be in line for booking a complaint.. Catching the no. itself takes so much time and waiting for a representative to attend my call is??? never happend from past 15days. No one attended my call.vat to do.
