Hindustan Unilever/Pure it
Given a used battery and now not giving any responce

Firstly this is my second complaint for the same thing and still this organization officials are taking it lightly and no strict action is taken by them. They have given us a battery of 2007 model in 2010 device. Basically my problem is that i have purchased a Hindustan unilever PURE IT in the month of October and exactly after one month the battery of the device goes red where as company tell us that battery will be ok for 1700 liters of water but battery goes red after 200 liter of water and we have registered this complaint several time still the problem is the same and the regional head is told us that "aap kii problem solve nahi hogi chahe aap kisi koo bhi complain kar doo".so, I request u to take a strict action on the concern person and solve my problem as soo as possible
