Battery problem

Sir,

i took pureit purifier Auto fill. It was properly working till the end of the first battery life. I ordered a new battery worth Rs500/-.The new battery worked for only 1 week, and then suddenly the purifier stoped working. I called the customer care toll free no. The customer care is not at all cooperating with us and not at all responding to our requests and phone calls.n on the other hand they give the 1crore safety challenge in fact the product has no bloody response to our problems as if they don't even care about their customers
