Hindusta Water solution
Not providing proper service

Dear sir/Maam,

I have purchased a Hindustan RO on 17/3 wide order no 3807.As per there rules they need to provide us four free services & one year warrenty on there product. Last 7 months they hv never visited for regler service, only 3 times thery have visitd our place when we make so many complaints to them that water quality is not good.

Every time before visitingthey said that our warrenty is over as it is more then one year, when we tell them that we have purchased RO in March only then they say that we will check our records, but nobody turn again for so many days, we again cotacted them, after so many follow ups their engineer came & change some part, for some days RO work ok & again same problem arise, we again start following them, same so many days pass agin there engineer came replace some part few days it work properly then again there is a smell in water, we made a complaint again one month nobody turns up i call so many times evey time they have excuse sir it is Diwali our engineers r on leave we will get it done soon, then sir Eid then they have some exibition every time new story.

Finally engineer came change some part it work for two days & again water is smelly. This time again make a coplaint 10 days alraedy pass nobody turns only sir we are sending our engineer in a day or two, but this time I have take a compalint no also.

I STORNGLY FEEL THAT THEY HAVE SOLD ME A OLD PRODUCT THAT IS WHY IT IS CREATING SO MUCH OF PROBLEMS
