Abnormal Delay in Servicing

I have a complaint against the company for not servicing the cleint. I have booked battery kit on 11th May but till date (20/05) there is no sign of deliverining the battery kit. I am put into trouble becuase of delay in delivery of product. I am forced to purchase water for drinign on daily basis. Further to this I have registetred a complaint on 16th May, 18th May and 20th May and pleased for supply. Everytime I call up call center, I receive a ready made answer, that complaint will be elevated to higher authorities and you will be serviced within 48 hrs. God knows when I am going to get serviced. I am planning to visit consumer forum and as well publish it in media about the bad service by hindusthan liver.
