HITACHI - 1.2 TON SPLIT AC
NOISE PROBLEM

We purchased 1.2 ton aplit ac of Hitach from lucknow dealer ' Cooling Merchants' in dec. In May we registered complaint of fan noise from A/C on complaint no. 101100500052. Till date this complaint has not been attended.

Some 15 days ago we got call from lucknow office saying that your device in under warranty but you have to bear travelling cost of service engineer. I told that product is under warranty & there should be no such charge. I was told that we will get back but till date no contact has been done.
