Hitachi 2ton Window AC
Defective Since bought although replaced once but still same

We bought our 2 ton Hitachi Window Ac from Pankaj Electronics Massod pur Vasant Kunj New Delhi on 18/ 3/ 12 . Its defective since we bought after many complaints & there visits they replaced the AC 2/ 6/ 12 but the new machine also had the same problem & they tried to repair it but worked for 2 days only & of no use the problem still exists. The knocking sound & as well the thermostat not working. There services are very poor & it seems the company is not bothered about the complaints we never expected this from a company like Hitachi.
