This complaint is about the HITACHI customer care service the worst service I have seen than any other brand...
Because of their negligent customer is suffering!!
They don't care the customer at all they don't bother if customer satisfied or not.
This process of handling the customer should be changed NOW or it will be too late to keep surviving in current market for HITACHI with such service level...
I would like to share the information regarding one incident I faced with -
I have asked for the wet service of my window AC on 30.04.11 as the cooling of AC is reducing day by day and almost finish.
I called up the customer care on 30.04.11 and filed a complaint that my AC is not giving proper cooling. Call was attend by a lady and she has confirmed to inform the technical team to correct the same.
I have written numerous times to customer care customercare@hitachi-hli.com
On Sunday I called up again the customer care and requested them if my AC complaint can be attend on Sunday as exception as it is too hot. They confirm that they will inform the concern technical team and try to do the needful. Same process i tried in evening Sunday but no result.
On Monday Again I called up in afternoon and asked for the status of my complaint and same answer that person will visit u soon.
Normally technician should visit within 48 hrs which means on MONDAY. But there is no one appears till Evening 02.05.11.
Till Date (23MAY) nobody shows up. MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 11042801136 dated 30 april
BUT my question is WHY I SHOULD THE CUSTOMER PAY SUCH A HEAVY PRICE FOR AN AC WHICH CAN BE BOUGHT FOR MUCH LOWER PRICE FROM ANY COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG OR LG??
Customer care dept is to help the customer and not to suffer!!!
