Subject: long pending complaint of Hitachi 1 ton AC model no RAA 12 –CP- 14

Dear sir

I purchased 1 ton Hitachi window AC model no RAA 12 cp 14 in the year 05.

On 10th may it stopped working and on 11th may, I booked a complaint on toll free no. vide complaint no. 094100501133. subsequently a service engineer from local service centre came and told that the fan motor has stopped working and needs replacement. Next day another service engineer came with new motor which could not be fitted as it was of different model and took the old fan motor and blower etc. along with him.

Therafter, I was told that the similar motor was not available and it has been indented. I have been perusing the matter with local service centre, Haryana service head Mr. Vijay Kapil and toll free no on daily basis but neither the ac have been got repaired nor I am getting any satisfactory commitment even after a gap of 21 days since I lodged the complaint.
