We bought an AC of HITACHI 1.2 Ton Followme on Friday 09.04.10 and installed on 11.04.10 sunday.after installation ac did not work properly. The technical team of Hitachi M.E.Enterprises came in the evening that day and detected faulty installation with pipe burst and gas leak.we have not used the ac for a minute and these problems arised from the day one. Now they are unwilling to exchange the ac and have taken 7 days time to repair it. Really bad service of Hitachi.i demand them to exchange with a new one.they r not respoding well also.
