Service resonse is very very poo

I put up a request for my 3rd free AC service on 5-April (Ref : 096100401750). The service was suppose to happen on 10-April but till date it hasn't happen yet. I have made 2 calls to follow up and again it was promised to me that, this would be done by 17-April but still I am waiting for this to happen. I customer care respone is very pathetic. Buying a Hitachi product seems to be mistake, this is seems to be my first and last Hitachi product purchase.
