Customer care No not working

I bought a Hitachi AC more than a weak back. I have been calling customer care no & the dealer for the demo but there is no response from the company yet. I submitted a form concerning the problem at the Htachi global website but of no avail.

When the company can not provide a sevice than how can they price the product so high. The price of the AC i bought was 28, 000 (Window AC) while the cost of AC in 1.5 ton for other brand is much less.

If it would have been easy I would have returned the AC & taken the money back.
