Hitachi Post sales service horrible

I have purchased Hitachi AC 1.5 tonnes on 4th April from Big Bazar, Tarnaka. The product was delivered to us on 6th April. Technician reported on 8th April for installation but did not give a demo nor was he customer friendly. The room doesn't get cooled, and the AC is not functioning. After repeated complaints too no response from the officials. I strongly recommend that the piece may be exchanged as soon as possible. Otherwise i may have to go to consumer forum and file a case regarding the defective piece being shipped to the customer.
