No Response

Its over 7 days since I have complaint about my Hitachi A/Cs low cooling. But forget addressing the same, no technician has even bothered to call. on top of inefficient service they have utter disdain about their customer;s problems. Infact they possibly drive sadistic pleasures out of it. For eg. when I told them that I have shown enough patience for 7 day, I have small kids and I cannot force them to bear Chennai Heat due to Hitachi's inefficient service. They checked with their sevice centre and told me that It will be done on Monday since today all technicians are busy. Post this their call centre just put my call on hold (wo even telling me that they were doing so) and just left it.

Escalation to their MD, Head of Customer service and Head of Sales also does not address infact these guys (vishal.brar@hitach-hli.com, joseph.varghese@hitachi-hli.com and Shinichi. Lizuka@hitachi-hli.com) do not even acknowledge your existence with the courtesy of a reply
