No cooling in the new ac and is producing too much of noise

I purchased a new air conditioner 1.5 tonnes of hitachi a month back from big bazaar outlet of Rs 22890. since then there is no proper cooling in the new ac RAW218KRD rather it is working just like a cooler. cash memo number is T37/42491.
