Hitachi air conditioner
NO RESPONSE TO REPEATED COMPLAINS

I Purchased a Hitachi 2 litres A.C.(split) for my shop on 8th March from M/S. Golden Refrigeration Co., kolkata. I had some problem in the compressor (outdoor unit) so i made a complain to hitachi service centre regarding the same on 30th may, the complain no. for the same being 12053000839. i was told that it will attended in next 48hours but till date there is no response nor did any technician visited.

kindly look into the matter and oblige.
