Poor post-sale support

Wew bought a window AC two months back. It developed snag last week (Wednesday). Since then we have been trying to get the issue resolved but are not getting any professional help. Service Centres are of no help. I got a written confirmation yesterday (July 5th) that the problem would be resolved same day, but the technician could not fix the problem.
