Defective Air Conditione

I bought a new 1.5 ton split hitachi air conditioner... but its cooling was not proper from the first day... i asked the fitting people to check the coolling but they did not bothered and said its fine... after some days there was a leak in the gas ans i called the service people again... they fillied the gas and said due to small leakage it happened... but now it has been 3 months yesterday was the 4th time when there was a gas leakage in the ac... service people again came and filled the gas and said the same thing... that due to improper sealing it happened... cooling of the ac is nil but hitachi people are not ready to accept it... what should be done??
