A/c is giving gas circulating noise

HITACHI rectify the problem in the A/C and give me a sound sleep night.

I have the horrible experience of using the Hitachi SPLIT AC-1.5T ACE FOLLOW ME-RAU018EQD which I purchased after going through their broucher which says that it’s silent (low Noise), goes through 32 Reliability Tests. The a/c is not smooth and is giving some king of gas circulating noise which is felt more at night time for which I raised a complaint when my ac was on guarantee period by complaint by no. 115110200502 on 11-02, 115110200827 on 17-02, 11030100513 on 01-03 . I paid Rs 2, 000.00 as the charges for checking the sound. Even after visiting my premises for 4 times the technicians are confused where the sound is coming from, they are not able to rectify the problem., . I would like to tell the company that they cannot just misguide the consumers by providing the false information. When the installation was done the sound was coming from m the 1’st day for which I made the complaint to the dealer “ O degrees “ he says that the a/c is fine and the sound will be gone after regular usage of the a/c. after using the ac till now the sound has not gone. There is no response from the company side. I request the higher authorities of Hitachi to kindly address to the problem so that I can get a few hours of peaceful sleep in the night.
