Refrigerator not cooling

Worst ever suffering after buying a costly fridge worth Rs.36490/-. I bought a 3- door Hitachi fridge model no. R-S31SVND on 5th of May. Not even 2 years have passed the fridge has been defective. Its cooling is absolutely irregular and the upper fresh food compartment stops cooling every 2 to 3 hrs. No food stays fresh for more than one day. Any food stuff kept in the upper compartment gets stale and stinks. Several complaints have been made to National Aircon auth service dealers but their representatives have failed to diagnose the defect. On my Ist Complaint they opened and replaced some part. On my 2nd Complaint they said gas leak so charged me for refilling. As it didnt work, on my 3rd complaint, they again charged me for part replacement. Still when it did not work the fridge was again opened. However the fridge coulld not be repaired. It seems the hitachi company do not keep well trained technicians and fool their customers. A such a big company cannot serve their customers with after sales service they should replace the defective piece immediately.what is the point of buying a fridge for Rs. 36490/- and then paying Rs 4000 plus for no fault of ours. I feel cheated by hitachi company.
