Worst After Sales service

I am having a Hitachi Air Conditioner (purchased last year), i have registered a request for AC Servicing on 28th April Request no: 11042800502 with Hitachi till date no-one contacted me for the issue.

And i am calling Hitachi customer care on daily basis from 29th April onwards every time they say the same sentence " it will be attended shortly" but nothing happened. This shows how much company is focusing on the After Sales Service.

Never Buy Hitachi Products!!!
