Pathetic Customer Service

This is with reference to the Hitachi Customer Service complaint number 11042900065 made on 29th April for Hitachi Split Air Conditioner (AC) Not working. When i called them on 29th April, they told me it will be resolved in 48hrs but it has been 10 days now that i have been regularly following up with the Hitachi customer service to get my AC fixed. Still these people are lingering around things and the fact is that I am surviving with my 6 months old kid without AC in this soaring heat.

I will not recommend anyone to buy Hitachi product because of this pathetic customer service.
