Compresser and GAS problem

Dear Sir/Madam

My complaint is regarding hitachi AC. The complaint is one month old. Complaint no. 11041900163 dated 19th April. Today is 22nd May and no action from their side. Only fake promises. This is wrost company I have seen. this company should be fined heavily. I am ready to do litigation against the company for such a poor after sales service.
