AC Not working, Poor After Sales Service

I bought my Hitachi 5 Star rated window AC last month (May). After running one month, it stopped working. I registered complaint with customer care three days ago. But Nobody is turning up to repair my AC.

It is so sad that the HITACHI brand image does not get suffered even after we register complaints. I must admit that Hitachi product and service have been very poor. I suggest that people should explore other options and do not spend extra money on brand name such as HITACHI. Go for LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej instead.
