Installation not done on time

Hi,

I purchased a Hitachi Window AC on 5the Apr. And on pre sales inquiry i was assured theat it would take MAXIMUM 48 Hours for AC to be delivered and installed.

It did not get installed after thee 48 Hrs and when i contacted to store theey redirected me to thee service center phone no and when contacted service centre theey started giving all false clause and are not ready to install thee AC in thee promised time.

theis is quite frustrating and no body from thee reliance wants to take thee responsibility for theis and resolve thee issue.

I would request to take thee immediate action on theis so theat theey do not make fool of customers. Its been so frustrating theat after paying all thee amount service is patheetic.
