Day one AC not working

Respected Sir,

I have purchased a 1.5 ton Hitachi make window AC model no RAW318KSD on 31.03.2012 from

Delhi and installed it on 14.04.2012 but since installation it is not working.when

i complained to Hitachi customer care no. The service engineers comes to my door two

times and checked it and found that there is some manufacturing control and

compressor defect in the unit and also said that AC unit would be replaced. I am

again complain on your customer care for unit replacement on 18.04.2012 vide

complain no 12041801529 but since than there is no response from service

agency.whenever i call them they just give unsatisfactory replies.

Pl help me in this regard what i have to do now.
