I purchased one HITACHI Window AC ON 16.05.2012 from Great Eastern at Salt Lake, Kolkata. Till 24.05. installation has not been done despite repeated request to Dealer and the customer care unit of Hitachi. There is no action, no response, nothing. I am an ordinary customer and having a sense of being cheated by the Company and the dealer. Address of the dealer is AB-17, Salt Lake, Kolkata-64.
