Complaint about AC

We bought an air conditioner of hitachi company on March after an year its not cooling well just bcoz of compressor problem... may be it was the damaged peace... We changed the compressor on Nov but still we face the problem. whenever we called to the customer care they always replied tat the worker would come tomorow... but stil no one comes... could any one help on this... when we could get a solution for this problem. its been a month, I registered for an complaint. there is no proper response from the customer care.
