I had purchased 5 ton air condition two years ago direct from hitachi company. We have been shifted in home now. My product is out of warranty. I had registered my complaint on customer care on july3rd 2012 and continously calling them since then. They have no follow up for complaints. my complaint no. is 12070301105 in the name of sushil singh. pls do something.
