Compressor not working and dealer not reverting for service

I have got two 4 ton casette ac installed at my home in allahabad.
The Ac is switched on an only the fan operates and not the compressor, the authorised dealer of hitachi was contacted but did not revert with my complaints. Now summers are at the zenith and the air conditioner is not working. Why should i buy a product of the company so big which cannot even provide full services?
