Poor performance

We purchased a 660 ltr refrigerator in Jan from Kapila Electronics, janak Puri, New Delhi. The performance was okay in winters. But come summers and the cooling levels deteriorated. We were informed that in summers the cooling goes down. This was absoultely amazing. Refrigertors are bought for summer use only.

Numerous complaints to the service centre have elicited lukewarm response.

After haveing bought such an expensive product, one does expect the product to work, but Kudos to Hitachi.
