HITACHI SPLIT A/C
Heavy noise and poor customer care

While installing the A/C

the inner unit was not worked and they changed the another inner unit

on the next day. And it was not properly communicated me from your

office or customer care.

after some time it was heavy noise from outer unit, but it took ten days to rectify the

problem for that i made three copmliant.

I am purchasing hitachi brand with expensive price (other brands are

available much cheaper) for the quality and expecting

with better service.

but till today i have not received the reply for the replacement of my a/c
