Gas leakage and worst possible after sale service

Dear Senior manager (Hitachi AC division):

i bought 1.15 ton split ac in march but its gas leaked after three months.i made complain on 25 april. service agent reached at my home on 28.04.11 after many reminders.i started making request to mr. kuldeep (mob:09311109194) time without numbers evertime the gentleman that gas would be filled in few hrs.status is same even after three days.ough/hitachi inspiring next gen to be more unethical and lier.
