Hitachi/split ac
No cooling just 2 monts old ac

I purchased a split ac from authorized dealer of hitach. its a just 2 months old ac and it has stop cooling from 1 week, i raised a complaint but no boday came from company, again registered a complaint after 5 days but still that problem has not resolved.

my first complaint no is 12071900009 and second complaint no is 12072401853,

either they have to change this ac or they have to resolve the problem.
