Hitachi split air conditioner
Very bad service & result

I bought 2 units (0.9TR & 1.2TR) of split a/c s from Mumbai & they were installed on 12/03.
Initially 1 unit had some vibration problems, which the installation guy could not rectify, but next day the other guy could, just by positioning the condenser unit.
Well, from next night, I observed some abnormal sound from the condenser unit of another unit (0.9TR).
I stopped the unit & lodged the complaint next day. It was attended in 2-3 days & it was found that the DC Motor Fan wasn't running on demand, while the compressor starts. Service reps replaced some card.
but I observed same problem same night. Whenever unit starts after running for 2-3 hrs, its DC Fan in condenser unit doesn't start, making very abnormal noise. Fan starts, only after turning its blade externally (like many of the fan in Mumbai local trains).
I lodged the complaint last month, but the guys closed the complaint directly without attending it, putting a remark that address is wrong. And I realized it today, when I tried to inquire about the complaint status. It's really very disappointing.
In today's market, any customer is only buying Hitachi for quality, by paying all that extra premium cost. And, to go through all such grief is the last thing one would ever think of.
So, Hitachi really need to work on this.
