Bad service and the product does not satisfies from the day one it was purchased

We purchased a Hitachi A/C on 22-03 from Croma, vikas surya shopping mall, plot no. 18, mangalam palace, sector 3. We have complained about the services of the product for about six times in one year and it does not deliver the satisfactory output. We'd like to get the product replaced because it is defected.
