Non functioning

I have a water purifier (MODEL no: A G Classic) of Eureka Forbes. It has stopped functioning since last week of August. After repeated complain the service technician did arraive and found out that the circuit board was not functioning. He took the board

with him and promised that it would be replaced within a couple of days. It has already past 10 days now, but still the appliance is

not functioning. the standard reply from the service center is that the board shall be replaced today. I sincerely hope necessary action shall be taken be-fitting your reputation. PRADIP RAY, G/35 Sector 2, Rourkela: 769006, Orissa.
