We had bought hitachi window ac from ashoka trading on 9th april and had specifically chosen Hittachi going by the reputation and brand. However, even after expiry of 16 days noone has turned up for product demo. We are fed up with following up with their service centre.
The customer care is never available inspite of around the clock service. My sincere advise to all prospective buyers is not to go for hitachi. They offer worst customer service.
